Here are some pictures of the fabrication of a manifold or distributor in our workshop. All materials, fabrication and welding is delivered in the so-called dairy quality.
Dairy quality focuses in particular on the hygienic delivery of piping and equipment according to special guidelines. Food products such as, for example, milk often flow through these pipes. Product must not be allowed to stand still anywhere in these pipes. Also, these piping and equipment must be able to remain clean to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria and fungi.
The hygienic delivery includes the use of special pipe material with a low internal roughness, food-safe seals and equipment and the use of the orbital welding process.
